Real-Time Cell Monitoring
Monitoring endogenous proteins in real-time within living cells is a significant challenge. Traditional methods often require genetic modifications, such as fluorescent protein tagging, which can disrupt natural protein behavior and cause mis-localization. Moreover, these methods are limited to proteins that can be genetically engineered.
In this highly innovative project, we are developing a novel technology for real-time monitoring of endogenous protein dynamics, modifications, and interactions without the need for genetic modifications to the target. This technology has the potential to provide invaluable insights into the complex realm of natural cellular processes, significantly enhancing our understanding of disease pathology and aiding in the development of new therapies.
